Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Watches that show signs of wear, have been resized, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at help@7trainwatches.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
